Billing and Rates Overview

You will be provided with an estimate of the anticipated charges for your care upon request.

As a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your insurance company.

Well Counseling LLC is a contracted provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United Healthcare, and Tricare.

Any other insurance providers are considered Out of Network or Self Pay.
We are unable to bill Medicare and Medicaid/Denali Kid Care at this time.

We require payment in full for services at the time of your appointment.

​

Deductibles, copays and coinsurance are due at time of service.

Well Counseling LLC can submit out of network claims or provide you with documentation to receive a potential reimbursement directly from your insurance, depending on your coverage.

You will be required to provide your insurance card(s) and any additional information we may need prior to your first visit.

We recommend that you call your insurance company to verify your mental health coverage.

It is your responsibility to know your policy benefits and limitations.
